Eurasia Tandoori Restaurant, Bridgnorth

Shropshire’s Award Winning Restaurant set in the heart of the historical town of Bridgnorth. Eurasia first opened its doors in 1975 now thriving as a high class Indian & Bangladeshi Restaurant. In 2001 Executive Chef Amjad Ali and his Associates came into ownership of the business.

From that moment the team have dedicated their focus to taking Eurasia to new heights establishing it as a thriving institution in the world of fine dining. It has been a remarkable journey for Eurasia. 2014 has been a memorable year as we celebrated our 40th successful year and commitment to the industry on a national level and in 2015 & 2016 Chef Amjad Ali was given the accolade of Chef Of The Year Award 2015 & 2016.

After a major refurbishment in 2013, Eurasia embraced a contemporary new image. Chef Amjad Ali and his team developed and refined a stunning new menu that embedded Eurasia’s signature dishes. Chef Ali’s vision is to capture authentic cuisine as it is traditionally served in India and Bangladesh.

The flavours created everyday have travelled all the way from South East Asia. Chef Amjad Ali carefully combines traditional and contemporary styles and techniques to provide the ultimate fine dining experience in Bridgnorth.

Amjad Ali has successfully worked with some of the finest celebrity chefs in the trade. His talent and creativity is famously associated with his signature dish ‘Ginger Chicken’ as well as the old and new favourites.

Chef Amjad Ali strives on creating perfection with every dish, he continually works his magic in the kitchen, carefully selecting ingredients to create authentic Indian cuisine with his dedicated team of chefs.

Chef Amjad Ali proves worthy of his title Chef Of The Year 2015 & 2016 with every dish he creates!. As quoted by the Mayor of Bridgnorth on our 40th Anniversary “This restaurant is a real credit to this town”.

Located in the beautiful town of Bridgnorth, which is well known for it’s Steam Trains that are still active today! Mainly for tourists to experience the breath taking views of the Shropshire Countryside. The River Severn also runs through Bridgnorth and in the Summer seasons you will see a host of sporting events and tourists passing through the this lovely town. Bridgnorth has many lovely locations to visit.

BRIDGNORTH

Bridgnorth was once one of the busiest river ports in Europe, but nowadays, the Severn, clear and unpolluted, is a quiet haven for anglers, walkers and wildlife. The river divides the town into High Town and Low Town, the two being linked by seven sets of ancient donkey steps and a Victorian funicular, the Bridgnorth Cliff Railway. Find out more…
